As Isaac Newton said "we are all of us standing on the shoulders of giants", this screengrab is me borrowing a lot of other peoples work in order to do something interesting.
I've been aware of the Supershapes library for Processing available at eskimoblood.de for a while now, and it's an awesome thing. However, I decided that I really wanted to play with it when I saw Lee Byron's redblue library, which allows you to create 3D 'anaglyph' images.
This is some of the results of my playing.
I'm thinking that there must be some way of using supershape-like structures to imply 'complexity' within a subject. But which subjects? And why? In the meantime, I can feel a cold coming on, and I have decided to take to my bed.
